Do you need to request an account number in order to enroll your customer?

Please download the form below and send it as an attachment to aesohioretail@aes.com. AES Ohio will review your request and respond as soon as possible. If the release of account numbers has been approved, you will receive a response via a secure email service.

Ohio Customer Letter of Authorization

Release form approved by the Ohio Market Development Working Group to be used for the release of customer account numbers and residential historical interval data.

Note: This form must be signed by the Customer of Record in order for DP&L to release the requested information.
