AES Ohio has prepared this website for use by Suppliers certified as Competitive Retail Electric Service providers by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. Your use of this website or any of its content indicates your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Users of this website agree to do each of the following: (i) cooperate with AES Ohio’s reasonable investigation of outages, security problems, and any suspected breach of the Terms of Use, (ii) immediately notify AES Ohio of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (iii) acknowledge that you are solely responsible for taking steps to maintain appropriate security and protection of Customer Data. You must maintain the security of your login credentials and may not share login credentials. If you have been granted administrative privileges to a Supplier account, you are responsible for designating authorized users under your company’s account and limiting access of login credentials associated with your company’s account.

Protection of Customer Data

By using an end-use customer’s account number to obtain Customer Data through this website, you hereby certify that you are entitled to such information pursuant to applicable law and have obtained the consent of the customer to acquire such information. AES Ohio reserves the right to verify this authorization at any time, without notice. Personally identifiable information is provided on this website and considered highly confidential. It is your responsibility to maintain this information in Confidence and the receipt and use of this information represents your consent that you are solely responsible for maintaining this information in Confidence, and further acknowledgement that AES Ohio is not responsible for any dissemination of this information. In no event shall AES Ohio be responsible for the consequences associated with use of this information.

The contents of any lists containing Customer Data are based upon the best available information to which AES Ohio has access, and is true and accurate to the best of AES Ohio's knowledge at the time it is being provided. However, AES Ohio makes no guarantees or warranties as to the contents of these lists and is in no way liable for any inaccuracies or omissions. The recipient is solely responsible for determining whether any of the information contained herein has been amended, updated and/or changed. AES Ohio is not responsible for data that is inconsistent with, or otherwise varies in any way from Supplier records. It is the sole responsibility of the Supplier to notify AES Ohio of any discrepancies between the data provided by AES Ohio and the Supplier’s internal records.

Management of Pricing Options

By using this website to manage pricing options for utility consolidated rate ready billing, you assume responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of any data provided to AES Ohio and the testing and verification of such data pursuant to any applicable agreements executed between AES Ohio and your company. While AES Ohio has attempted, in good faith, to ensure the information presented on this website is accurate, there may be inadvertent (technical and factual) inaccuracies and typographical errors in the information presented.
